Consent Ring

Consent. So important and yet still so misunderstood.

Deeply meaningful and visually striking, the Consent Rings are a beautiful and powerful reminder of the importance of respecting boundaries and the impact of consent. As a brand who values inclusivity, feminism, and body positivity, it was crucial for us to create pieces that not only look great but also have a significant message behind them. The rings are a beautiful and symbolic representation of the concept of consent, with each one bearing a different message to promote understanding and awareness. Wearing one of these rings shows that you not only support and believe in the importance of consent but that you also stand in solidarity with survivors of sexual violence.

With a personal story behind the origin of this ring, we wanted to encourage more awareness. We all know Fight or Flight. But did you know that there are 5 “official” reactions, each valid and legitimate, and which allows our mind to protect itself as best it can: Fight, Flight, Friend, Freeze, and Flop.

Fight: To fight.

Flight: Running away.

Friend: The most misunderstood reaction. To be nice, to make friends with your attacker, hoping that he will stop or hurt you less.

Freeze: Not move, rigidly, for fear of further angering our attacker.

Flop: Do not move, in a limp manner, for fear of further angering our aggressor.

So we created five rings, each with one of the words engraved in Ambigram on the flat facet of the signet ring: it's up to you to choose the word you want.

With each sale of a Consent Rings , we donate €10 to the Collectif Feminist Contre le Viol, an organisation that works tirelessly to support survivors and promote the importance of consent. With these rings, we can all help to make a difference and create a safer, more respectful world.
